This policy explains our shipping methods, delivery timelines, freight responsibilities, order tracking, and procedures for delayed, damaged or incomplete shipments.
Shipping & Delivery
Apex PrintPack supplies printing, packaging, coding equipment, accessories, consumables and related products to customers at various locations. Shipping and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the product, destination, availability and the terms agreed at the time of order.
Delivery Locations
We may arrange delivery to locations serviceable by our logistics partners, transporters, suppliers or manufacturers.
Availability of delivery services may depend on the customer's location, the size and nature of the product, and transportation restrictions applicable to the shipment.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines may be provided in the product information, quotation, order confirmation or through direct communication with the customer.
Delivery time may depend on factors including:
- Product availability.
- Supplier or manufacturer lead time.
- Procurement time.
- Customer location.
- Product size and weight.
- Transportation availability.
- Holidays or non-working days.
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, delivery dates should be considered estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
Products Procured Against Order
Certain products may be procured specifically after receiving a confirmed customer order.
In such cases, the delivery timeline may include the time required for procurement from the manufacturer, distributor, dealer or supplier before the product can be dispatched to the customer.
Direct Delivery from Supplier
In some cases, a product may be dispatched directly to the customer by an authorised manufacturer, distributor, dealer or other supplier fulfilling the order on our behalf.
The shipment may therefore originate from a location different from Apex PrintPack's business location.
This does not change the customer's confirmed order with Apex PrintPack unless otherwise communicated.
Shipping Charges
Shipping, freight, insurance, handling or other delivery-related charges may vary according to the product, destination and method of transportation.
Where such charges are applicable, they may be:
- Included in the quoted price;
- Shown separately in the quotation or invoice; or
- Communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Dispatch Information
Where tracking information is available, it may be shared with the customer after dispatch.
Certain commercial transporters or freight services may not provide conventional online tracking. In such cases, available consignment, transporter or dispatch information may be provided instead.
Receiving the Shipment
Customers should inspect the external condition of the shipment at the time of delivery wherever reasonably possible.
Before accepting a visibly damaged or tampered shipment, customers should document the condition of the package and inform the delivery representative where appropriate.
Photographs or video taken at the time of delivery can assist in resolving transportation-related claims.
Damaged Shipments
If a product arrives with visible transportation damage, please contact Apex PrintPack promptly and provide:
- Order or invoice details.
- Photographs of the outer packaging.
- Photographs or video of the damaged product.
- Relevant delivery or transporter documents, where available.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, coordinate with the transporter, supplier or manufacturer to determine the applicable resolution.
Missing or Incomplete Shipments
Some orders may contain multiple products or packages and may be dispatched separately.
If an expected package, accessory or component appears to be missing, please contact us with the order and delivery details so that we can verify the shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and serviceable delivery address and appropriate contact information.
If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, access to the location is restricted, or delivery is refused without valid reason, additional transportation or redelivery charges may apply.
Installation and Delivery
Delivery of equipment does not automatically include installation, commissioning, demonstration or operator training unless these services are specifically included in the quotation or order.
Where installation or commissioning has been agreed, it may be scheduled separately from physical delivery.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Transportation and delivery may occasionally be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, natural events, supplier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate available information to the customer.
Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the delivery address should be made before dispatch.
Once a shipment has been dispatched, changing its destination may not be possible or may result in additional transportation charges.
Returns After Delivery
Delivery of a product does not automatically make it eligible for return.
Any request for return, replacement or refund after delivery will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and, where applicable, our Warranty Policy.
