This policy explains accepted payment methods, payment confirmation, advance payments, applicable taxes, invoices, outstanding balances and other payment terms for orders placed with Apex PrintPack.
Payment Policy
Apex PrintPack offers payment arrangements appropriate to the products, equipment and services being supplied. The applicable payment terms for an order will be communicated through the quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, order confirmation or other agreed communication.
Accepted Payment Methods
Depending on the transaction, available payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer or NEFT/RTGS/IMPS.
- UPI.
- Other electronic payment methods communicated or made available by Apex PrintPack.
- Any other payment method specifically agreed for the transaction.
Customers should make payments only to payment details officially provided by Apex PrintPack.
Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary depending on the product, order value, customer, procurement requirements and other commercial considerations.
An order may require:
- Full payment in advance;
- A specified advance payment followed by the remaining balance;
- Payment before dispatch;
- Payment against agreed milestones; or
- Other payment terms specifically confirmed in writing.
The payment terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or order confirmation will apply to that transaction.
Advance Payments
Certain products may require an advance payment before procurement or processing begins.
Where equipment or other products are being specially procured against a customer's order, Apex PrintPack may begin procurement only after the required advance payment has been received and verified.
Payment of an advance may therefore cause procurement commitments and costs to be incurred.
Any subsequent cancellation will be subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Payment Confirmation
An order requiring payment will not be considered financially cleared merely because the customer has initiated a payment.
Payment may need to be received and verified before procurement, processing, dispatch or other order activities proceed.
Customers may be requested to provide payment reference information where required for verification.
Partial Payments
Where partial payment has been agreed, the amount received will be recorded against the customer's order.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Receipt of a partial payment does not automatically require Apex PrintPack to dispatch goods before the required payment conditions for dispatch have been satisfied.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be charged according to applicable requirements.
Where GST is applicable, the customer's correct billing information and GSTIN, where relevant, should be provided before the invoice is issued.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the billing and tax information supplied to Apex PrintPack is accurate.
Quotations and Proforma Invoices
A quotation or proforma invoice may be issued before payment to communicate product pricing, taxes, freight charges, payment terms and other commercial details.
A quotation or proforma invoice should not be treated as proof that payment has been received.
Tax Invoices and Receipts
Appropriate invoices or payment records will be issued according to the nature and stage of the transaction and applicable requirements.
Customers should retain invoices and payment records for accounting, warranty and other purposes.
Pricing Errors
While reasonable care is taken when preparing quotations and displaying pricing information, errors may occasionally occur.
If a material pricing or calculation error is identified before an order is processed, Apex PrintPack may correct the error and inform the customer before proceeding.
We will not intentionally process an order at a materially incorrect price without communicating the correction to the customer.
Bank and Transaction Charges
Any bank, payment gateway, international transfer or other transaction charges imposed by a customer's bank or payment provider may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Where Apex PrintPack applies any separate payment-related charge, it will be communicated before the relevant transaction wherever applicable.
Payment Security
Customers should verify that payment instructions have been received through an authorised Apex PrintPack communication channel before transferring funds.
If a customer receives unexpected or suspicious instructions requesting payment to different bank details, the customer should contact Apex PrintPack using known contact information before making the payment.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved under our Returns & Refunds Policy or Cancellation Policy, the amount refundable will be determined according to the applicable policy and transaction circumstances.
Approved refunds may take additional time to appear in the customer's account depending on the bank or payment service involved.
Outstanding Balances
Where an order has an outstanding balance, Apex PrintPack may withhold procurement, dispatch, installation, commissioning, documentation or other order-related activities where those activities are conditional upon payment under the agreed terms.
Payment Disputes
If a customer believes that a payment has been incorrectly recorded or an invoice contains an error, the customer should contact Apex PrintPack with the relevant invoice, order and payment details so that the transaction can be reviewed.
